I have worked effectively as a teacher for the past 30 years. I have been judged as an 'Outstanding' teacher by Ofsted on numerous occasions. I have also worked effectively as a coach in a range of contexts. I have been a leader and coach with various age groups and in a range of contexts. I have developed a multi-faceted coaching and leadership style. I have been involved in working with the National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL) on coaching programmes designed to produce school leaders of the future. I was a finalist in the NLP Awards at the NLP International Conference, London, 2017.
My approach to coaching is eclectic as you will have very specific coaching requirements. However, I predominantly utilise techniques and strategies associated with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This coaching model is used to explore your current thinking processes, perspectives and use of language. Once we have established your personal needs I initiate specific, implicit and explicit, techniques to promote positive change.
NLP is an explicit and powerful model of human experience and communication. NLP enables individuals and organisations to model successful behaviours. Research evidence is available in peer-reviewed articles written by me (Kudliskis 2019;2017; 2014; 2013; 2011 and Kudliskis and Burden 2009).

Practitioner of NLP - My contribution to coaching has been acknowledged by my peers. In 2017 I was a finalist in the NLP Awards at the NLP International Conference, London. I have completed a number of peer-reviewed research studies into NLP. This demonstrates my abilities and understanding of coaching processes.
Teaching, Learning and Leadership - My contribution to teaching has been acknowledged by both and peers and former students. I was a regional finalist in the Teaching Awards 2002. I was again nominated for the Teaching Awards in 2010 and 2012. Ofsted deemed me an 'Outstanding' teacher in lesson observations whilst I taught in the English state education system.
Learner - I was nominated and won the SSAT Adult Learner of the Year Award in 2009. This was in acknowledgement of my commitment to my own learning whilst studying for a Ph.D, examining the value of NLP in an educational context, and my continued commitment to teaching at school.
Special Educational Needs - I was appointed Post-16 Director of SEN (SENCO) in 2013. This was a seminal appointment to such a position in the local education area. I am RTQU qualified and I am able to conduct assessments for students regarding additional needs during lessons and for examinations.
English Language: - I am a TEFL and TESOL qualified teacher. I teach English to the Cambridge English specifications. I am also involved teaching English in business contexts.
Spanish - I speak Spanish at an intermediate level.
